welcome to hell.
argh training is sooooooo tough and tiring. i totally drop dead after training.
man i think today we paddle like 3km in total la. and ya endurance training.
and so mostly we didn't stop. i think we only stop like 4 times only to drink water. damn.
yeah and now i'm like a red lobster. cool. haha i can even see the shape of the singlet whn i took off my clothes. 2 colour! lol. so obvious. HA HA HA .
damn.
