hell shit. after 1 weeek of not going training and stuffs. my fitness really went down down down.
ran 4-5km today i run until like want to die alrdy.
dragonboat
2 sets of 7km. interval 5mins break after 1 set.
so we paddle like fucking 14km.
and we have to finish every set within 30mins. omg.
bt we finish like 40. LOL. =)
ohyea. results are out today.
